Best STEM Games is a site I built for discovering and comparing games focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths. Think automation games, city builders, programming puzzles, simulations. Anything where you are building or problem-solving rather than just shooting things.

What it does

The site pulls together STEM game news, side-by-side comparisons, and community voting so you can find games that actually match what you are looking for. It covers Educational, Simulation, Construction, Programming, Puzzle, and Strategy game types. You can compare games on things like complexity, learning curve, and what skills they actually teach or require.

How it works

Game data is kept up to date automatically using Supabase on the backend. The site highlights indie STEM titles alongside the well-known ones, and there is a retro games section for older educational and simulation titles that still hold up. There is also a game finder that matches you with games based on what you want to play.

The site is live and being actively updated.
